We can help you to; to maintain and to develop this loyalty; while simplifying the process of sourcing manufactured wood products. Most of the products we manufacture can be laser engraved with your brand logo. 

We can also apply or provide custom labels and packaging to your brand specifications. All of this can be done and shipped. directly to; your client under your company or brand name.

The conditioning

We can oil your boards with our oil conditioner. base of beeswax and mineral oil .
* All of our surfboards cut out are shipped to natural state and unfinished unless otherwise stated.

Packing

In addition to our fast delivery, we offer a variety; of packaging options. All our products can be shipped shrink wrapped, in a box or a personalized bag and accompanied by a personalized care sheet.

Coding to bars

As part of our private labeling services, we can barcode each item and cater to your needs. your storage needs. We will work in partnership with you or one of your suppliers to make sure everything is completed. and delivered properly. Our labeling and packaging team is experienced and understands the importance of following each customer's unique guidelines and requirements.

Shipping

When it comes to shipping, we are well organized and understand the importance of shipping products safely, economically and on time.

Small orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS on your behalf or on ours, depending on your preference. Large orders are loaded onto pallets and organized on the loading dock for easy and efficient removal. We can use your preferred carrier; or use the shipping companies we deal with to get the best possible price.

Personalization and assembly

We don't just make surfboards; cut out of high quality wood and other custom wood products; we also offer customization and assembly services.  For example, it can be simply adding a leather strap to a cutting board cut out, rubber feet to avoid slipping or assembling the various components to create the final product. We can also offer the assembly of specific products to meet your needs. your needs. If you have your own straps or feet that you would like us to include, let us know!
